That is to say, I’m not a big fan of apples unless I’m eating something else with it.

Then, my coworker told me about an easy way to make caramel apples. It was so easy, I couldn’t believe that me, the queen of all things easy, had never thought of it before.

Favorite nuts, chocolate or candy for toppings
1. Slice the apples in half
2. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the core and make a bowl in the middle of the apple.
3. Fill the bowl with caramel. Insider tip: a 16 ounce container of caramel dip will fill about 5 apples.
4. Sprinkle your favorite treats on the top and enjoy!
It’s just that easy! It’s definitely a no fuss, no mess way to enjoy caramel apples.
